It’s recommended to book as early as possible, preferably a few months in advance, especially if you have specific dates in mind or require a custom design. The busiest times to begin the booking process are often August and September, with October and November reserved for installations.

As full-service providers, we include maintenance and most service calls as part of our packages. If a light goes out, installation fails, or a decoration isn’t functioning properly, we will come out to repair or replace it promptly.

After the holidays, we will schedule a time to remove all lights and decorations. Offsite storage of the decorations until the next season is always included in the service.

While our service is all-inclusive and we warranty our labor and materials, events outside our control are not covered. If you or someone else damages our lights or materials, or if a hurricane or similar event impacts the display, fees may apply for repairs or restoration. These will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and all costs will be disclosed before repairs begin.
